A. Extrusion Films

When putting the resin to the hopper, it moves forward by the screwand is heated and melted. When the air is blown to the resin that is melted and pushed, the film of tube type is produced. This process cuts the both sides of the film of tube type to make it flat, winds it in the roll type and produces the biaxial orientation film up to 9 layers.

B. Printing

Refers to the method of Gravure printing, one type of intaglio printing. This process applies the ink to the copperplate for printing that was engraved (etching), gives pressure to the ink which remains in the etched parts after removing the ink on the surface of copperplate so that it can be transferred to the textile.

C. T-Dye & Dry Lamination

(T-Dye Lamination) - This process bonds with other type oftextile or coats the resin in the melting status which is extruded through "T" shaped dies after coating AC agent(adhesive) to the printed textile or non-printed textiles.

(Dry Lamination) - This process coats the printed film or non-printed film with the adhesive diluted with organic agent, makes it pass through the dry hood, and joins it while pressurizing with other textile.

D. Aging Process

This process facilitates the hardening by keeping it for some time while a proper temperature is maintained so that it can reinforce the adhesion of the products that used heat adhesion resin by the cross-linking reaction with 2 liquid reaction type adhesive.

E. Slitting

This process cuts the textile vertically by the size and the form so that it can be suitable for the requirements of customers or post-process work.

F. Automatic Bag

This process heat seals the textile joined in the whole processes to fit the specification requested by the customer and produces it in the form of envelope.
